Steve spent over 25 years in the insurance business, working with banks, credit unions and other lenders in most of the western states. He worked with large and small institutions assisting them in offering GAP, Vehicle Service Contracts, Credit Life and other custom designed programs. This background give Steve the unique perspective of what it takes to make a successful product for the underwriter and more important, what it takes to make a successful and profitable program for the dealer.

Gary is an Oregon native and has been self employed since 1982. In 1994 he purchased the Dealer Specialties Franchise for Oregon. From 1994 to 2005 when Gary sold his franchise, it had grown to be one of the top Dealer Specialties in the United States with over 200 dealer accounts. He then started Auto Marketing Associates which provides marketing products to auto dealers. In 2008, Gary became associated with NW Dealer Financial Services and is now providing service contracts and financial products to automobile dealers.

Chuck has worked in consumer and commercial finance since 1981, working in many areas including inventory finance and indirect consumer lending with Key Bank, 1st Security Bank of Washington and other finance companies including Green Tree and Transamerica Commercial Finance. Chuck earned an MBA from Seattle Pacific University in 1996. He has enjoyed serving a broad variety of clients, including auto dealers, boat dealers and home improvement contractors to grow their businesses with finance and related products.

Another Oregon Native, Brian was born in Portland. After graduation, he went into sales while getting a degree in computer technology. After finishing school, Brian discovered he had a passion for professional sales, not working all day with computers. Brian spent several years successfully selling floor covering and then began selling automobiles at a Beaverton franchise: that led to him going into the used car business with a longtime friend. They operated a successful dealership on 82nd Ave with a focus on special finance. In 2009, Brian has an opportunity to sell his share of the business to his partner and he started as a Dealer Consultant for NW Dealer Financial Services

Mark has been in the automobile business since 1996. Like a lot of us Mark started as a sales person and as success came he went on to become a Fleet Manage, Finance Manager and the Internet Sales Manager. In 1999, Mark became the Oregon and SW Washington manager for Dealer Specialties.
